* Frame rate: 5ˇK.20 fps
* C-mount lens thread
* Global shutter (very important)
* CCD or CMOS image sensors
* Size: as small as possible
Application:
Machine Vision application for industrial use, such as
* Assembly line monitoring
* Quality assurance
* Automatic quality inspection (ˇ§goodˇ¨ / ˇ§failˇ¨ check)
* Packing machine monitoring
* Textile machine supervision
Function:
The specified camera supervises / monitors a specific area where a process happens. It records I.e. one frame per passing part, transfers that image as an electronic file in a given format to a PC-based ˇ§Vision Processorˇ¨. That Vision Processor then processes the image into an output signal of I.e. ˇ§passˇ¨ or ˇ§failˇ¨. Some applications may require to download some or all images on a mass storage device like a HDD (note: the mentioned Vision Processor is NOT part of the camera).
